The Museum of Nature and Humankind is located in the historic center of Padua and can be easily reached by public and private transport.

How to reach us

Plane

The closest airports are those of Venice (VCE) and Treviso (TSF), both well connected to Padua.

Shared taxi services are available at fixed rates offered by Air Service and Landomas.

You can use the Busitalia bus service, which arrives next to the Padua train station.

You can reach the Mestre-Venezia train station by bus and take one of the many trains to Padua.

Train

Numerous trains connect Padua with all the main Italian cities. For timetables and information: Trenitalia (regional and high-speed trains), Italo (high-speed). The train station is about a 10-minute walk from the Museum of Nature and Humankind.

The taxi stand is located in front of the train station. The service is offered by Radiotaxi Padova. The journey time is approximately 6 minutes.

A4 Turin – Trieste motorway (toll booths: Padova Ovest and Padova Est).

A13 Bologna – Padua motorway (toll booths: Padova Sud and Padova Zona Industriale).

Where to park

The Museum of Nature and Humankind does not have a dedicated visitor parking area. In the area around the Museum there are numerous paid, at-grade and in-structure parking lots (Park Porte Contarine and Park Conciapelli). The service is offered by APS Parcheggi.
