Online purchasing of tickets, subscriptions, and special tickets grants you easier and faster access (NB: pre-sale fees vary according to the type of ticket selected). When you purchase your ticket online you must select a specific time slot; however, you are allowed to enter throughout the opening hours of the chosen date. You can either print your ticket or show it on an electronic device at the Ticket Office.
The requirements for entitlement to reductions/gratuities are verified at the time of entry by the Ticket Office staff. Rates in force as from the 1st of November 2023.

GuidGuided tours are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday at 5 p.m. until 31 October 2024. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. They last approximately 90 minutes.
