The pile-dwelling village of Ledro, which developed along the shores of the Trentino lake of the same name in the Bronze Age (ca. 2200-1550 BC) has returned thousands of objects in ceramics, flint, bronze, bone-horn, amber, wood, fabrics, yarns and ropes, human, animal and vegetable remains, food residues, as well as about 10,000 poles belonging to the structures.
