All the Museum’s activities for the Christmas period<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A museum to discovered, many proposals for learning while having fun, but also new visit itineraries: on 8 December the programme for the Christmas holiday period starts and will continue until Sunday 7 January 2024.<\/p>\n

The first stop is a series of new guided tours enabling visitors to explore the Museum through specific interpretive lenses.<\/strong> On the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (8, 9 and 10 December), the new proposal to see the start is \u2018Welcome to the Anthropocene<\/strong>\u2019, the visit tour narrating the relationship between man and nature, spanning from its origins to the current crisis, encompassing resource exploitation, biodiversity crisis, and climate change.<\/p>\n

Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 December<\/strong> will be the time to stop by the Museum for many different engaging activities such as: animated reading for families<\/strong> amidst the animals in the Gallery of Mammals, the science show<\/strong> \u2018The Science of Toys\u2019 and various educational activities<\/strong> catered to different age groups starting from 3 years. All educational activities require prior reservation and take place in the teaching room. However, some are continuously available along the museum route for those preferring direct exploration.<\/p>\n

On Saturday evening, an exceptional event awaits you \u2013 an opportunity to immerse yourself in the music of the Nova Symphonia Patavina<\/strong>. The journey commences in the renowned Hall of Palms, continues among the great vertebrates and sea animals, and culminates in the ambience of Oceania realms. A musical journey accompanied by the Museum guides, to fully appreciate every place and every minute of the evening.<\/p>\n

The schedule continues with events every weekend and nearly daily from 26 December to 7 January, alternating between the visits \u2018Welcome to the Anthropocene” and \u2018Evolution-Revolution\u2019, narrating the continuous changes of the Planet and living beings.<\/p>\n

All activities are included in the Museum entrance fee, except for the evening concert priced 7 euros. Cross-thematic guided tours can be reserved through the Reservation Centre.
